Programmes

Every year, we engage youths across Africa between the ages of 18-30 years who demonstrate a high level of commitment, and are passionate about change in various leadership development programmes, that inspires them to take positive actions in shaping their communities.

Our programmes inspire and empower youths through a coordinated progressive series of activities, learning opportunities, and experiences that activates their leadership potentials to become socially, morally, emotionally, physically and cognitively competent leaders of their lives and communities. All youths that engage in any of our programmes is encouraged to develop a Personal Growth Plan (PGP) that helps them acquire personal skills. We move from creating self awareness, to inspiring young leaders to a greater level of commitment to take Action.

Principally, the tools used in achieving our objectives are seminars, workshops, conferences, open discussion forums that engage youths in mind changing discussions and our online training programme.

CAPACITY BUILDING

We organize workshops and seminars for youths and youth-led organizations to improve their individual and organizational capacity to deliver excellent leadership in their activities and community projects. We accept request letters from youth organizations to conduct a capacity building workshop for its executives and members of its organizations. Workshops and seminars are organized all year round. ENTREPRENEUR DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMES

We organize workshops and training sessions geared towards empowering youths with valuable hand skills that would liberate them from the shackles of poverty and unemployment which has become a global phenomenon in Africa.
Our skill acquisition programmes are unique, as they not only empower youths with new skills, we also prepare them physically and mentally for the work environment. We provide youths with necessary consultation for a period not less than two months that not only guarantees their growth but also ensures sustainability of the skill acquired.
